Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 22nd September 2025

  1. Cancellation
    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before dispatch.
    • To cancel, contact [support contact – email/phone] with order number.
    • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation request will not be accepted; return procedure applies after delivery if applicable.
  2. Refunds
    • Refunds are issued only in applicable cases: defective / damaged / wrong product or cancellation before dispatch.
    • The amount refunded will be the product cost; shipping charges will be refunded only if the issue was our error.
  3. Return Process
    • Contact customer service within 7-10 days of receiving product if there is a defect or damage. Provide photos/documentation.
    • Return the product in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, invoice.
  4. Refund Timeline
    • Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds will be initiated.
    • Refund may take 7-10 business days (or more depending on bank / payment gateway) to reflect in your account.
  5. Non-Refundable Items
    • Certain items may not be refundable if they are specified as non-returnable on product page.
    • Damage due to misuse, improper installation, alteration is not covered.
