- Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before dispatch.
 - To cancel, contact [support contact – email/phone] with order number.
 - Once the product is dispatched, cancellation request will not be accepted; return procedure applies after delivery if applicable.
 
 - Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in applicable cases: defective / damaged / wrong product or cancellation before dispatch.
 - The amount refunded will be the product cost; shipping charges will be refunded only if the issue was our error.
 
 - Return Process
- Contact customer service within 7-10 days of receiving product if there is a defect or damage. Provide photos/documentation.
 - Return the product in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, invoice.
 
 - Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds will be initiated.
 - Refund may take 7-10 business days (or more depending on bank / payment gateway) to reflect in your account.
 
 - Non-Refundable Items
- Certain items may not be refundable if they are specified as non-returnable on product page.
 - Damage due to misuse, improper installation, alteration is not covered.
