Prompt delivery and safe product arrival are core to Geburt World’s service promise. These terms cover how we handle shipping and logistics.

  1. Shipping Locations & Zones
    • We ship to all major locations within India (or specify pin codes / remote area limitations).
  2. Shipping Charges
    • For prepaid orders above a certain threshold (e.g. ₹[your cutoff]), shipping is free.
    • For prepaid orders below that threshold, / for COD orders, nominal shipping fee applies (e.g. ₹199 / as per weight & distance).
  3. Order Processing Time
    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (for prepaid) or order confirmation (for COD).
  4. Delivery Timelines
    • Standard delivery is expected within 5-7 business days to most metro / urban areas. More remote or rural areas may take longer.
    • Delivery timeline displayed during checkout is an estimate.
  5. Tracking
    • Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can track the shipment via courier’s portal.
  6. Shipping & Delivery Failures
    • Geburt is not responsible for delays caused by wrong address, incomplete address, recipient unavailability, courier partner delays.
    • If the package is returned back due to any of these reasons, you will need to contact us for re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
  7. Damaged / Lost Items
    • Please inspect the package on delivery. If there is visible damage or tampering, refuse to accept or note damage with courier.
    • Report damaged or lost items to us within 2 business days of delivery for assistance / replacement.
  8. International Shipping (if applicable)
    • If you ship internationally, customs duties, taxes etc. are borne by the customer.
    • International shipping delays may happen due to customs inspection.
