Effective Date: 22nd September 2025 Welcome to Geburt World. By accessing or using www.geburtworld.com (“Site”) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
  1. Agreement & Acceptance
    • These terms govern your purchase of products from Geburt World. When you place an order, you accept these terms.
    • We may amend or update these Terms from time to time; latest version will always be on the Site.
  2. Orders & Acceptance
    • All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and you may choose wait, select alternate, or get refund.
    • Birth of contract occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.
  3. Prices, Payment & Taxes
    • Prices displayed include applicable GST or other statutory taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping/delivery charges are extra if applicable.
    • Payment must be successfully authorized at time of order placement. Payment gateways, debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking etc. as made available.
  4. Shipping & Delivery
    • We ship across India (or specify regions as per your capability).
    • Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout and via email after dispatch. These are estimates; delays may occur due to courier, weather, force majeure, address inaccuracies.
  5. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
    • Cancellation is permitted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation not possible.
    • Returns permitted within 7-10 days of delivery only for defective / damaged / wrong item. Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
    • Refunds to be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method after receipt & verification of returned product.
  6. Warranty & Product Use
    • Geburt products come with manufacturer warranty (specify period, e.g. 1-5 years depending on product category). Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse, improper installation, chemical damage, modifications, etc.
    • Only authorised agents or trained professionals should carry out installations where required. Using non-certified personnel may void warranty.
  7. Liability & Limitation
    • Geburt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from product use.
    • Our liability for any defect or loss is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
  8. Intellectual Property
    • All content on the Site — images, text, designs, logos — are property of Geburt World (or licensed) and protected under copyright & related laws.
  9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [your city / state where registered, e.g. Delhi].
  10. Force Majeure
    • Geburt shall not be responsible for failure to perform due to causes outside its reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, courier disruptions).
